Visa

The Chinese government requires you to enter China with a valid business visa, if you are visiting to attend tradeshows, conferences or visiting for any other business purposes. Visa is required for all Europeans who travel to China. You can apply it directly at the Chinese Embassies and Consulate Generals around the world.

Furthermore a valid passport is to be needed with at least six months of remaining validity.

You should apply for your Chinese visa 1-2 months before your travel date. The validity allows you to send your application early.

Before you can apply for a visa to go to China, you need to have an official invitation. Leipziger Messe International GmbH offers to supply this invitation against a fee of 30 EUR. Please fill in schedule 8 of the exhibitor schedule to order the visa invitation.
